SOS Engineering custom-designs and manufactures equipment and products for a wide range of applications. We utilize Solidworks to communicate and design your custom designed parts. Solidworks enables us to model your parts and components in 3D to assure that your assemblies fit correctly the first time, and also enables you to visualize your final product in more detail. Our engineering staff has over 60 years of engineering background in a multitude of industries. We have experience engineering the following types of products.

The RoHS Directive was effective July 1, 2006 in Europe and will eventually be the worldwide legal standard for manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment. This Directive defines the maximum concentration values (MCVs) for: • Lead (Pb); • Cadmium (Cd); • Mercury (Hg); • Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+); • Polybrominated Biphenyl (PBB); • Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether (PBDE).
