Toby Studley is the founder and President of SPS Consulting (SPS). Mr. Studley has more than 20 years of management and executive experience. He has managed every aspect of SPS’s growth from a staffing company specializing in accounting, administrative and information technology talent placement to a full-service professional services provider and management consulting firm. Mr. Studley is committed to maintaining a strong and lasting partnership with each SPS customer. He ensures that SPS meets its customers’ requirements efficiently and effectively. Mr. Studley challenges each SPS employee to provide SPS customers with the highest levels of quality and customer service. He is dedicated to providing professional development opportunities for his employees and to creating a culture of excellence. Prior to founding SPS, Mr. Studley served as an Account Manager for Don Richard Associates. Mr. Studley managed a team of 20 staffing and recruiting professionals supporting the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Mr. Studley led the company in establishing new customer relationships and developing stronger relationships with existing customers. Mr. Studley developed his expertise in customer relationship building and account management while serving as a manager of several of Xerox Corporation’s key accounts. Mr. Studley graduated from Towson University. John Heneghan is responsible for SPS operations and oversees SPS’s corporate development strategy. Mr. Heneghan previously held the position of Director of Corporate Development at Stanley Associates, Incorporated (Stanley). In this role, he was a member of a leadership team responsible for achieving annual revenue growth rates of over 30 percent. He has led proposal efforts that helped secure contracts totaling more than $2B in awarded value. Mr. Heneghan has designed effective solutions for customers across multiple service areas. Mr. Heneghan has a proven capability in building high performing teams that achieve real business results. Prior to managing business development activities at Stanley, Mr. Heneghan served as a Project Manager on several Information Technology projects, including the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Online Investigation project, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Application Development Infrastructure project, and the Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Science, Information Management project. Prior to joining Stanley, Mr. Heneghan served as a Network Engineer for washingtonpost.com. Mr. Heneghan holds many industry certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification. Mr. Heneghan holds a Financial Management certificate from Cornell University and is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park. A Wine and Spirits Educational Trust certified wine professional; Mr. Heneghan sits on the Board of Directors for Barrel Oak Winery, LLC in Delaplane, VA.
