For over 28 years SP Recycling corporation has been the leader in recycling newspapers, collecting and purchasing more than one-million tons of old newspapers each year. And, our parent company, SP Newsprint Company, LLC is the nation’s largest producer of 100% recycled newspaper. Our recycling programs benefit Community and Earth by providing jobs to more than 600 workers in the United States, participating in community events, and practicing natural resource conservation. SP Recycling Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of SP Newsprint Company, LLC, is responsible for the company's fiber procurement. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the Company operates newsprint mills in Dublin, Georgia, and Newberg, Oregon. SPRC purchases old newspapers through its ten Florida Divisions and its other 27 processing-facilities in 12 states by offering collection containers for community and non-profit group fundraising. The recovered paper is then collected, processed and shipped to the mill for recycling into new newsprint. The Dublin mill uses old newspapers exclusively as its fiber source.
