Larry Chen, President and CEO Mr. Chen is responsible for setting the company's overall strategy and operations. Mr. Chen was previously senior vice president of network services and CIO of Citadon, Inc (formerly Bidcom, Inc.), responsible for building a highly scaleable and available infrastructure to support Citadon's global customers with their mission critical businesses. Before joining Bidcom where he served as chief technology officer (CTO) and was a co-founder, he worked with Oracle Corporation, where he had a variety of technical responsibilities, including Web development, database management and software engineering.
