SSA Consultants is an organizational development and management consulting firm founded in 1970 by Dr. William Slaughter while he worked as a professor of management at a local university.  In SSA's early years, Bill served as a consultant to local business leaders, while continuing his work in academia.  In 1978 as clientele grew, Bill left the university to pursue consulting full time.
