Benjamin Holl joined the Firm as Senior Counsel in October 2012. He has 15 years of complex litigation experience in federal and state courts. Ben's practice focuses on Commercial Litigation with a specialization in real estate litigation for commercial and residential clients, home builders and business clients. He is experienced in the areas of lease and related contract disputes, unlawful detainer actions, broker disputes, mechanics' lien actions, quiet title actions, rights of first refusal, and disputes related to the construction and maintenance of real property.
