Starbase Technologies Inc. is a custom precision manufacturer of molds, tooling and mold bases. These applications range from high-volume consumer disposable molds to large single cavity solid block tools. Starbase Technologies was established in 1988. Currently Starbase employs 50 employees, operating on 2 shifts while running the majority of our equipment 24/7. Presently, Starbase maintains a full design department with a staff of 5 engineers working concurrently with manufacturing on (10) seats of Pro-Engineer (Wildfire 5).

At Starbase Technologies, we know fast cycle time and repetivite quality maximize production capacity, reduce waste, and increase profitability for our customers. We specialize in the manufacture of multi-cavity, fully automatic, ultra-high precision production molds. Beyond this, we also offer expertise in large container molds, solid block molds, and custom bases designed to exceed your standards today and perform flawlessly into the century to come.

Starbase is forging new ground in state-of-the-art technology within our 50,000 sq. ft. home in the Berkshires. Every detail has been carefully evaluated to create the most efficiently streamlined and accurate mold making environment possible. Inprocess SPS and TQM programs commit our entire production staff to total customer satisfaction.
