Design comps are usually billed per deliverable where production and maintenance are billed by the hour. Business image packages include desired combinations of web design/production plus business card, stationery, postcard mailers, brochures, etc. These are designed to reflect the site design and so provide the across-the-board consistent visual image important to effective branding.
