In Early 2003 our Founder and the Company's CEO, Michael Bunning, conceived the idea for Stratigx Capital. He had a vision of a boutique real estate finance & investment company that would help people truly achieve their financial goals utilizing real estate. The Company found its beginning roots as the consulting division of a regional multi-disciplined CPA practice. However; we soon realized that to truly forge this new and unique advisory group; the Stratigx Capital Team had to be separate so they could focus all their creativity, ingenuity and resources towards this mission. In January 2005 Stratigx Capital incorporated and in doing so established a new type of real estate finance and investment group. We are not your ordinary broker, loan officer, or CPA.
