The Human Resources department is responsible for providing various support services to the college in order to attract, develop and retain the people needed to effectively accomplish the objectives and to carry out the programs of the college. The department administers certain employee-related programs for the college, maintains personnel records, interprets State University and college personnel policies and procedures and administers various benefits and labor relations programs.

If you have a disability, please contact the Office of Accommodative Disability Services. We provide assistance to students taking online courses as well as students taking traditional courses. If you are taking an online course, there may be issues of access that could affect your participation. We can help you explore these issues and offer solutions. Students must provide documentation of disability and register with the Office of Accommodative Disability Services in order to obtain these special resources and services.

The Office of Sponsored Research is dedicated to supporting the College faculty and staff in their efforts to seek and secure external funding for research, special projects, education and training.

Our philosophy states: "the Residence Hall Program attempts to develop an atmosphere in which students grow personally, socially, emotionally, culturally and academically." At SUNY Canton, we live by these words, and hope that each student's residence hall experience is a rewarding one.
