Description

David is the President of SWBR Architects. He received a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University, and studied at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, England. David is involved with overall project management from inception to occupancy, including facility planning, programming, architectural design and coordination of all building systems.

Leticia has over 12 years of architectural experience in a vast number of projects and brings a high level of design experience with incredible sensitivity to the client’s needs, budget requirements and time constraints. She is responsible for schematic design, design development, construction documentation, assists with construction administration, and has vast experience in 3D Modeling and renderings.

Debbie has been with SWBR for over 30 years and provides administrative support for the entire firm. Her great attitude, flexibility and professionalism provide a welcoming environment for both our clients and staff.

Jeannie has served as a Construction Contract Administrator for SWBR for over 10 years. In her role, Jeannie tracks and records RFI’s, Change Orders and related documents for the Construction Administration Department, she also assists Project Managers with project coordination, maintaining logs and spreadsheets for submittals on multiple projects, meeting minutes and correspondence.

Frank has been with SWBR for over 34 years. During this time Frank has been involved in a variety of projects requiring special expertise. His experience ranges from multi-family housing and educational facilities to medical facilities and masonry restoration projects. As SWBR’s Quality Assurance Department Manager, Frank ensures that all projects technical quality is based on sound architectural and engineering judgments. His operational responsibilities include project review, conflict resolution, specification coordination and training.
