SWM & Sons, Inc., an award winning company, was founded in 1982 by Stan & Barbara Malaske. Both graduated from Harrah High School and have lived in Eastern Oklahoma County most of their lives. Our office is located between Henney Rd. and Choctaw Road on SE 29th . SWM & Sons recognizes your need for the perfect home by offering an in-house draftsman who can design your home to fit your vision. We also offer various plans from great designers such as Robert Fillmore & Bill Perry or we can use your plans. Our interior decorator will assist you in making the inside of your new home a showcase! Our sub-contractors provide quality craftmanship and have been with us for many years, which allows the construction of your new home to flow smoothly. We have constructed a new Arvest Bank, added on to BancFirst in Harrah, completed a CPA office building, real estate office, Dr. office, ballpark concession stand, and poolhouse for a community pool.
