Founded in 2005, SW Creatives is headquartered in the Washington, DC, area with clients across the country.

The Coalition for the Homeless came to us in need of a new digital presence to help target potential clients, donors, and grantees. The Coalition has been serving Washington D.C. for over 30 years, and while the organization and programs have evolved during that time to meet current needs and trends, their website did not. The former site was outdated, over-saturated with content and did not provide a clear way for visitors to engage with the Coalition and find useful information.
