SynEcology, founded in 1989, is Vermont's Oldest Microsoft Partner. SynEcology provides network infrastructure consulting and information sharing solutions for team collaboration. We are recognized as a Microsoft Gold Certified partner, the highest level of expertise with Microsoft software. We are located in the middle of Vermont and serve a wide range of businesses nationally.Our code of ethics is modeled after the Independent Computer Consultants Association, and we always act in our client's best interest and make recommendations based on our client's needs and not our bottom line.With over seventeen years of systems experience, Ed Grossman is currently directing technical operations of SynEcology, and coordinating software development efforts. Ed has a broad set of skills in infrastructure technologies and web application development and possesses deep specialized expertise in SharePoint technologies. He has worked as a technology consultant internationally, assisting in development and implementation of web based communications strategies for many major firms. Ed practiced medical technologies of MRI before turning his fascination with computer technology into a career. After marrying his wife, Jeanne Conde, in the late 80s, they founded SynEcology, through which they consult on technology topics, develop SharePoint based web portals, and assist businesses in deploying technology solutions. Ed has an extensive track record in designing enterprise architectures to achieve business solutions that support mission critical operations. Ed holds several technical certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and a BS in Resource Management from SUNY ESF/Syracuse University.
