Prior to Xerox, Mr. Badorrek was an Executive Vice President at Volt Information Sciences, one of the largest technical staffing companies in the US with over 30,000 contractors and COO and CFO of Hi-G-Tek, a privately owned technology company. Gerard was an executive at MCI Communications & Verizon for over 20 years, where he managed worldwide operations as Vice President of Revenue and Business Operations and held several other executive positions including group CFO, business unit Controller and Executive Director of Ventures and Alliances.

Steve was at Microsoft Corporation for 12 years as the Practice Manager for their State & Local Government and Education vertical in the East Region. He led a large team of service professionals providing IT support and consulting services and led the capture and delivery of some of Microsoft's largest public sector consulting contracts.
