Since 1955 - We Build it Better SK Construction began on August 19, 1955 under the name Smith & Keller. Our primary business was grading yards, excavating basements and ponds. The owners and only employees were Dick Smith and Marvin Keller. By 1960, Smith and Keller had expanded out of the private market and started doing public works contracts for the City of Middletown and Butler County, Ohio.
