Due to our rapid growth, SafeSplash Swim School is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions: Swim Instructor Position Summary: SafeSplash Swim Instructors are the most important members of our staff! In this position, you will spend your time directly working with students and teaching them swimming skills in accordance with the SafeSplash curriculum. We consider our instructors true swimming professionals and therefore hire only the best. Our Swim Instructors typically specialize in a particular skill range (e.g., water safety, introduction to water, or competitive technique). If you are looking for a fun and fulfilling work environment, and you'd like to join the staff of the nation's premier swim instruction team, we'd love to talk with you! Experience and skills: • Previous swim instruction experience is required • CPR, First Aid and WSI certification preferred • Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching children aged 6 mo's to 10 years • Training in the SafeSplash curriculum will be provided Hours: 3-30 hours per week, all year Compensation: Commensurate with experience and skills Desired start date: Immediate SafeSplash is open seven days per week, and we have openings for both seasonal and year around employees.
