In 1995, the corporate RIA Safe Harbor Capital Corp. was then formed; now known as Safe Harbor Asset Management. The RIA was established to provide fee based financial services.

Mr. Davis has over 28 years’ experience in financial services. The inception of his career began in 1976 as a partner with Employee Benefit Planners. Working as an Insurance educator, Stephen presented retirement workshops and seminars. In 1990 he founded Stephen K. Davis Financial Services.

Founded in 1990, Safe Harbor Asset Management (SAM) is a fee-based Registered Investment Advisory Firm conveniently located on the North Shore of Long Island in the village of Huntington.
