Sage and Swift is a small, family run business. Professionally trained chef Amy Tornquist started the company in 1993 after studying and working in Paris for 3 years. She and her husband, Jeremy Kerman, run the business today and their daughter Lizzie is often in the office "cooking" with her toy pots. Amy's mother Elizabeth helps out in the office and often meets with clients. With nine fulltime employees and dozens of part-time waiters and event staff, Sage and Swift now caters 500-600 events each year. Our commitment to delighting clients is at the core of everything we do.
