Home Hall of Oddities Every month, when warranted, Sal's Attic will add an Attic oddity to the "Hall of Oddities." Past inductees will be found at the bottom of the page. The definition on an "Oddity," as defined by Rich Davis, is something out of the ordinary which has escaped the Quality Control Inspectors keen eye in the production or manufacturing of a product. Many Oddities are considered rarities and can be very valuable. Each is unique and therefore are collectibles in their own right. Cooper with Reversed Lettering Copper, the HOF Attic Treasures, was most likely named after Cooperstown, New York where the Baseball Hall of Fame is located. Cooper was introduced January 1, 2001. What is so unusual about this particular Cooper is his baseball cap,the Ty lettering is reversed.
