Representing Banking and Financial Services Clients in Financial Fraud Sally & Fitch LLP represents banking and financial institutions as well as businesses, nonprofits and individuals, in cases involving financial fraud and investment recovery. Our attorneys have handled well over 100 matters for our various banking and financial services clients. These matters have involved issues pertaining to check fraud, wire transfer fraud, ACH fraud, and credit and debit card fraud. Ethan Davis joined Sally & Fitch LLP in 2010 after practicing at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York and at Goodwin Procter in Boston. Ethan has extensive experience litigating complex business, corporate, and partnership disputes. Ethan has brought and defended numerous cases in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New York on behalf of a wide variety of clients that include Fortune 500 companies, multinational banks, investment advisers, Big Four accounting firms, as well as much smaller companies, universities, start-ups, and individual litigants.

Mr. Gurdin's civil litigation practice is concentrated in the areas of Family Law and Probate Litigation. Adverse Possession Our client's prescriptive easement provided vehicular access to his retail business in a suburb west of Boston. When the owner of the burdened estate attempted to block our clients' use of the easement, we brought an action in Land Court and established our client's rights through negotiation prior to trial. We successfully obtained by adverse possession a parcel of land next to our client's home and defeated counterclaims for destruction of property and trespass brought by the adjacent landowner. Our client is the record owner of undeveloped land on Nantucket.
