David Birnbaum is the Executive Vice President of the New York Business Unit at Sandata Technologies, LLC. Mr. Birnbaum is responsible for the company’s New York business activity and growth in the market. With over two decades of experience in the healthcare and financial services industries, he has achieved a successful track record of building home care software companies as well as hospital and senior living programs in New York.

Susan Cullinan has nearly 20 years of experience in Sales and Account Management for nationally recognized heath care companies. As Vice President of Account Management for Sandata, Ms. Cullinan is responsible for overall customer satisfaction and retention in both the state/payer and provider lines of business. Her background includes senior level sales and implementation leadership with experience in building and growing national sales, account management and implementation teams.

David Gershen is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Sandata Technologies, LLC. With over 28 years of CFO experience in the healthcare field, Mr. Gershen utilizes his extensive and diverse finance expertise for financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting, to manage and grow the company.
