Mr. Hester serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of NovaQuest Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Hester has over 25 years of experience in finance and over 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry. In addition to overseeing all aspects of finances, financial reporting, investor reporting and compliance, Mr. Hester also has extensive experience in accounting for co-investor and pharma transactions and is instrumental in providing accounting and tax structuring advice to the NovaQuest investment team on its structured investments.

Mr. Bradley is a founding partner of NovaQuest Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Bradley has nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and 30 years of overall experience in finance. Immediately prior to helping found NovaQuest, he served as Senior Vice President of the NovaQuest business unit of Quintiles. Mr. Bradley negotiated and structured complex transactions, managed asset portfolios and directed the day-to-day finances of NovaQuest.

The NovaQuest team has worked together for over 12 years, investing over $1 billion into the global healthcare industry. The team began pursuing its strategy in 2000 as an investment group within Quintiles Transnational Holdings Inc. (Quintiles). Today, NovaQuest Capital Management is an independent firm managing global investment capital. It is backed by investors whose relationships with NovaQuest date back to the group's inception.
