Electroform Capability Custom and standard electro-forming enables Sate-Lite to produce multiple finishes in one operation. Electroforming is used for accurate reproduction of precision parts or mold cavities that are difficult to machine or polish. Produced in nickel or cobalt nickel alloy, all applicable standards of the Society of Automotive Engineers and Department of Transportation are met. Sate-Lite currently manufactures electroforms for a variety of automotive manufacturers on dozens of vehicle models with hundreds of applications.

Sate-Lite Technology Services include engineering, photometric, technical, and testing services. The Sate-Lite Lab is among the US's strongest lab settings for photometric testing. The lab includes state-of-the-art Society of Automotive Engineering compliant equipment, which includes an automated goniometer with computer interface integrated into its 100-foot light rest tunnel. Detailed documentation can be provided based on a wide range of angular specifications: horizontal rotation over elevation, elevation over horizontal rotation on both horizontal and vertical axes.
