Bill Saul as been licensed in the State of California for over 25 years. He is an expert at helping families with estate planning, representing clients with tax issues, and advising businesses with entity formation, buy-sell arrangements and business succession planning.

Licensed in the State of California for over 25 years, Bill Saul started his legal career as a trial attorney with the Internal Revenue Service. He later joined the law department of Southern Pacific Transportation Company as a tax attorney and became its principal tax officer in 1990. Bill left Southern Pacific in 1997 when it was acquired by Union Pacific to join the tax consulting practice of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he provided tax advice to major clients and participated in its tax controversy practice. Since 2001, he has been in private practice.
