As a privately-held company based in Readfield, Maine, we continue our pledge to make most of our products in the USA. We have been manufacturing aluminum storage clipboards, binders and other office supplies right here in Maine. We began moving plastic clipboards to US manufacturing in 2008. Reshoring our plastic manufacturing increases our offering of "Made in the USA" value-priced, high-quality products. This allows for shorter supply chain that reduces lead times and offers pricing stability to our customers. We are also committed to producing these products using recycled materials.

Saunders has a long-standing distribution relationship with the commercial, school, art & craft and retail channels. Saunders partnered with UHU GmbH, the number one brand of adhesive products in Europe, to distribute to the US marketplace. UHU offers a superior quality product with unique application mechanisms across a broad line of use specific adhesive products. UHU brand products are quality tested, superior to commodity brands, and very user friendly.

Saunders has been partnering with Americans who are Blind or have other disabilities to bring quality American made goods to the marketplace for over 20 years. By sponsoring workshops in both Maine and Mississippi, Saunders has been able to employ Americans who were once unable to find gainful employment. Saunders has recently expanded its partnership to work with agencies affiliated with National Industries of the Blind to be able to secure more jobs for Blind or developmentally disabled Americans across the nation.
