Savane Properties, Inc. is a residential builder serving the city of Chicago. We specialize in building luxury custom homes and we provide full construction and general contracting services.

Background: Rich has been in construction for over 15 years. Most recently he was a construction manager for Impressionist Homes and Radic Construction. His experience spans from luxury custom single family homes to commercial construction.

At Savane, we work to build relationships that foster smooth communication and optimal productivity. Our primary subcontractors are integral part of our team, and work tirelessly to uphold Savane’s standards of quality and excellence. We take great pride in our project management capabilities, working with experts in a variety of fields to bring our clients the best products and materials available on the market.

Background: Prior to joining the Savane Team, Sandy worked for American Management Systems as a Project Manager. She has also been an independent consulting providing process improvement services. Sandy enjoys painting and photography.
