Donna has over 11 years of executive search experience filling senior level positions in a variety of industries including telecommunications, healthcare, finance, banking, high technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail and food distribution industry. Prior to joining Savant, Donna ran her own consulting firm for nine years. She has extensive experience working with venture capital firms and incubators where she attracted industry leading talent to portfolio companies.

Emery has 15 years experience managing profit and loss for divisions of Fortune 500 companies and has consistently demonstrated an ability to quickly grow sales organizations by attracting and developing top caliber talent. Emery began his search career working with Artemis Search, a boutique executive search firm serving the biopharmaceutical industry.

Guevara has over 15 years of human capital expertise including over 10 years experience building sales and marketing teams within Fortune 500 companies. She began her search career in 1994 with Ethos Consulting, a boutique retained executive search firm in San Francisco. At Ethos, Guevara worked with clients and conducted candidate development, filling searches from the VP to CEO level in a variety of industries.
