Most orders ship via UPS ground and some by FedEx. We hope our policy allows our customers to feel confident at checkout. We routinely ship anywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii and most items are shipped same day and delivered within 4 to 6 business days. We can make arrangement to ship to Alaska or Hawaii; contact us first. Certain heavy and/or oversized items need to ship freight. We will not bill for this type of shipping until we have contacted and informed the customer of the amount. If a customer is not fully satisfied with a purchase, it may be returned to our Mall Vendor for a full refund on product cost within 30 days of purchase. If a product has arrived damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, the product will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. This policy allows our customers to shop with confidence. For special orders, the customer may be responsible for a restocking fee. You must contact us to get RMA# for the return prior to return shipment.
