Our Expertise Saybrook’s Capital Management professionals direct $1.5 billion in equity and fixed income investments for a cadre of domestic and off-shore blue-chip investors including Public Funds, Insurance Companies, Private Clients, Fund-of-Funds and Private Partnerships. Roughly a third of our capital is dedicated to distressed investing and half resides in specialized strategies in the homebuilding sector. The remainder is in the Municipal Relative Value Fund which seeks low correlation and volatility, but high tax advantaged returns. Across investment strategies, our teams are dedicated to achieving consistent performance, preserving principal, and generating above market risk-adjusted returns through an activist investment style.
