Saywitz Properties Group is a division of The Saywitz Company which owns and manages multi-family properties and apartment buildings throughout Orange County.All of the properties have been completely remodeled and/or renovated within the past few years. Some of them have recently been remodeled in the past few months. The remodeling typically consists of new carpet in the bedrooms, new ceramic tile floors, new paint, new blinds, new appliances, new hardware, new plumbing and new toilets. All of the bathrooms typically have mirrored shower doors and massaging showerheads. All of the toilets are typically low flow new style toilets. All electrical switches and plugs have been re-wired, new towel bars, sinks and faucets in the bathrooms and kitchens.
