Scanning Services and Support, Incorporated is an employee owned company formed to provide service and support of the Sekonic line of OMR scanners sold in North America. Sekonic scanners have been sold in the United States, Canada and Mexico since 1986 under the "HEI" and "Scanning Systems" brand names. As employees of HEI and Scanning Systems, our staff has supported thousands of customers utilizing approximately 100 different software applications over the past 16 years. While the purchase of the previous distributor 'Scanning Systems' was not something the technical staff could prevent, we can continue to support our friends and customers using Sekonic scanners. As the Authorized Service and Support Center for North America, we have the only support staff in the USA that has been trained and supported by Sekonic since 1986. As a bunch of old scanner dogs . . . we can't be told to discontinue your service and support because you won't buy new scanners! We don't sell new scanners. In these tough budgetary times, you should not have to spend thousands of $$ to replace a scanner due to lack of support. We can support, repair, and even rebuild (with a one-year warranty) any of the scanners listed on our Scanners page. We know your scanners better than anyone else.
