Schaeffers Consulting Engineers is a Canadian owned company that has provided Civil Engineering services to land developers and Government agencies in the Greater Metropolitan Toronto Area for over 40 years.

Schaeffers Consulting Engineers consists of five departments. Each department serves a specific purpose within our company enabling us to provide diverse services for our clients ranging from Block Plans and feasibility studies to the actual preparation of Servicing Development Agreements. The experience and knowledge of these departments allows Schaeffers Consulting Engineers the ability to manage a project through to completion for all project sizes (and phases).

As a civil engineering consulting firm with over 40 years experience, Schaeffers has focused on a hands-on approach to our clients' projects.

Our enthusiasm to consistently excel in meeting clients' expectations is one of the reasons for our demonstrated success with large-scale communities of one thousand acres or more. We have maintained long-standing client relationships and have successfully completed projects within budget and schedule using our client oriented and focused approach to our projects. Schaeffers Consulting Engineers has the experience and knowledge to manage a project through to completion for all project sizes (and phases) and has an extensive and diverse list of successful projects both on-going and completed.

Our work is based on a blend of experience and creativity. Today's budgetary constraints demand new approaches and innovative engineering initiatives, which our senior staff has continually promoted. This approach has helped us to provide high-quality solutions that are reliable, economical, environmentally compatible, and acceptable to the public.
