The law firm of Schall & Barasch, L.L.C. was founded on March 1, 2000. Unlike many firms that practice law in a variety of areas, this firm practices law in only one area - the representation of employees who have been unfairly treated or victimized by discrimination at work. We believe that because the field of employment law is so complex, so intricate, and so fraught with landmines and pitfalls for the unwary, lawyers cannot provide the proper level of representation deserved by clients in employment cases unless the lawyers devote themselves entirely to this area of law. In setting up this firm, we have been guided by that principle.Before establishing Schall & Barasch, L.L.C., Richard Schall and Patricia Barasch had gained nearly 20 years of experience between them in the practice of employment and labor law on behalf of individuals and unions, spending all those years with the firm of Tomar, Simonoff in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
