Scherzer International's systems are based on Microsoft Server platforms that use Secure Channel (a.k.a. SChannel) not OpenSSL. As a result, none of the services we provide from our servers are affected by the Heartbleed bug. We constantly review the security of our systems and apply patches as they are needed. We have verified that all HTTPS services we provide are not affected by the Heartbleed bug by using a third-party scanner and the results were as expected.

We work with third-parties which provide services that may include, but are not limited to, assessment including validation services, data analysis, and other administrative, back-up and security services. We reserve the right to share personally identifiable and other information with such third-parties for the purpose of providing their services to us.

Miscellaneous. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions, together with requesting e-mails, and any specific agreements between us and the Purchaser relating to a specific Report, constitute the full electronic and written agreement between us and the Purchaser (the “Agreement”) and the Agreement shall survive the delivery of the Report, the Purchaser’s payment in full for the Report and any termination of our relationship, whether or not it is reflected in a separate agreement.

We collect information regarding our clients, including business contact information, and retain and use such information in providing our Search Services, or to periodically send informational or promotional e-mails concerning our Search Services. We do not sell the information to third-parties.

In order to protect your personal information, SI must take reasonable measures to confirm your identity. You will need to provide your full legal name, Social Security number, date of birth, driver's license information, the name of the employer who requested the consumer report and the approximate date of the report, along with your daytime phone and current address. An e-mail address is also helpful. All applicable information/report will be mailed to the address that SI has on file for you.
