Rita (AKA "Score Mom"), is co-owner of SCORE & Home State Realty along with Victor. Teamed with Victor, she plays a vital role to the success of our students. Rita not only brings into the classroom a "hands on experience" to share, but a sense of humor and unique teaching style that enhances the classroom. Rita focuses on the pre-licensing evening courses for sales, broker, post licensing & mortgage broker.Victor is co-owner of SCORE as well as Home State Realty. He is an accomplished Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Instructor andFlorida Mortgage Broker who brings life experiences as well as knowledge & a genuine desire to instruct in the classroom. Victor is goal oriented and specializes in teaching the daytime accelerated classes in both sales & broker, post licensing, along with mortgage broker.Monica holds the title of Senior Office Manager who professionally handles all our student needs from beginning to end. Her versatility allows her to wear many "hats" that is so vital to our success and yours! Monica looks forward to ensuring that our students receive the utmost attention when attending any class at SCORE. Your needs are her priority.
