Description

4. By providing the very best customer service & support to our clients: the same service & support that we would give to our closest friends & family members.Scott used this knowledge to design user-friendly programs for his classmates with FileMaker Pro 2.0, and he also provided training sessions for fellow students. Outside of the computer lab, Scott was seen as a regular speaker & performer on campus, which led to his current professional speaking expertise. In 1994, Scott started marketing his services outside of the UCLA campus by walking door-to-door down La Brea Avenue and handing out homemade brochures to the businesses of Los Angeles. The response was overwhelming, and Scott's company started to boom.
