Scott & Murphy, Inc. was established in January of 1983 to provide concrete construction services to the Bowling Green area. Our company was previously the Concrete Division of Scotty’s Contracting, Inc. (1972), for which G. Michael Murphy had served as Division Manager. The newly formed company was a partnership between Scotty’s President, James D. Scott and G. Michael Murphy. The following year (1984), Danny J. Daniel joined Scott & Murphy, Inc.
