You agree that ScoutTrack.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account or use of ScoutTrack.com for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if ScoutTrack.com believes you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. ScoutTrack.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, provided currently licensed users are given fourteen (14) days notice and unexpired license fees are refunded to the person who paid the most recent licensing fee for the Pack/Troop in the amount proportionate to the remaining unused license time.
