Dr. Dennis H. Passe is an experimental psychologist providing research support in the food and beverage industry for over 28 years. As former Senior Principal Scientist and Manager of the Sensory Research & Evaluation Department at The Quaker Oats Co., Dr. Passe was responsible for the sensory evaluation of all of the products made by Quaker Foods and Beverages. He has published in the food and beverage, taste and olfaction, and behavioral psychology, and physiology areas.
