Fee: $75. Open to all young people ages 11 to 19. A limited amount of partial scholarship support is available, based on need. Please call us at 215 222 4201 for more information. Flip Out! Is an intensive workshop on the tools, techniques, and processes of making a video blog. Participants will design and create video "postcards" to share with other teens in Philadelphia using Flip Video Cameras and Digital Video Post Production Tools. The media projects created in this summer’s Flip Out! will be focused on the investigation of the role of the Media as it is relevant to the lives of young people. Our goal is to expose youth to new ideas and critical thinking processes while building skills in video/TV production. (Click the workshop title above for more information.)
