Michael has vast experience in the acquisition, development, financing, construction, renovation and management of large-scale high rise and garden apartment and condominium communities. He is active in these capacities for the firm’s own account as well as for institutional and private joint ventures with Scully and fee assignments. He is a graduate of Villanova University School of Business, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.

We provide “Scully Pride” management services which encompass all areas of property management, including focused marketing, professional personnel selection, preventative and precision maintenance, thorough on and off-site administration, timely accounting services, comprehensive monthly reporting and goal oriented asset management.
