Established in 1985, Seagull Scientific produces the award-winning BarTender software for labels, barcodes, RFID and card printing, and is the world’s largest developer of Windows printer drivers for special application printers. A : Moving an activated copy of the software is a simple two-step process. First, make sure that you have your Product Key Code on hand, as you will need this to activate the product on your new computer. Once you have that, simply deactivate the software from the computer it is currently activated on by accessing the Activation Wizard in BarTender's Help menu. Then use your product key code to activate the software on the new computer using the same activation wizard.

We provide technical support by phone, fax and e-mail from four facilities world-wide on each of the 5 business days of the week. Usually, you will contact the office closest to you. However, if you encounter a critical issue after hours, there is almost always another office that is open and can assist you.

Having software this reliable and easy to learn means we can afford to provide free technical support. Eventually, however, you must upgrade your copy of BarTender in order to maintain your eligibility. To learn more, please read our Product Lifecycle Policy .

You can only arrange for on-site or webinar training services through your Seagull Scientific reseller, most of whom will tailor their training to meet your specific needs and goals. For a fee, your reseller can also arrange for a Seagull representative to participate.
