We then discuss with the candidate all of your requirements for the position. Only after we have determined the candidate is qualified and have checked that the individual would be interested in the compensation, duties, location of the new position, and company culture do we arrange for you and the candidate to meet. None of this information is found on a resume; it is uncovered through the efforts of a Search Masters recruiter's personal involvement with a candidate.We have the resources to locate the professionals who have the technical skills you require and who also reside here in the greater Cleveland area. Because of the large technical population in the area YOU DO NOT NEED TO RECRUIT OUTSIDE OF THE AREA. This eliminates not only the tremendous cost of relocating the new candidate but also removes the emotional turmoil that a relocated candidate experiences, such as climate, new schools, and separation from their extended family members and friends. Another very postive feature of recruiting local candidates is that they are much more likely to accept an offer of employment where relocation is not a part of the decision; MANY rejected offers of employment would have been accepted had relocation not been a part of the decision making process.
