Ken joins the Second Round team with over 15 years of industry experience and was most recently the Assistant Vice President of Legal Vendor Performance for a major US creditor. Ken’s vast experience in the recovery process, call center management and legal process management will be leveraged to continue Second Round’s best in class servicing.

Saundra Burrus has joined Second Round LP as Chief Compliance Officer. Saundra comes to us from Tulsa Oklahoma, where she was a Compliance Attorney and licensed Collection Manager for a collection company. Prior to that, Saundra was a practicing attorney with a law office in Bixby, Oklahoma and practiced in several counties in Oklahoma. She has several years of experience in both first party and third party collections. Her experience in compliance is extensive, especially in the areas of government licensing, FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and with regulatory agencies across the country.
Saundra has extensive experience in compliance covering all areas of governmental licensing, FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA compliance and development of policies and procedures. Saundra will be focused on state licensing and developing policies and procedures to exceed future client and governmental body requirements.
