These reviews assess the elements essential to a your security program, including: • Facility Assessments: We will conduct an in-depth survey of your facility that includes: - A risk analysis based on "Best Practices" - A physical review of the facility to assess the physical layout relative to the provision of a safe and secure environment - A review and analysis of internal and external incidents that have an impact on your facility - An analysis and evaluation of your current electronic systems, including appropriateness of placement, testing of system integrity, need for additional or replacement components. • Policy and Procedures reviews assessing your current policies as well as your procedures for enacting and enforcing them, in light of the results of the facility and incident analysis review. • Staffing Analysis: We will evaluate your current security staffing based on the results of the Facility Assessment and Policy and Procedures Review Upon completion of the program review we will provide a written analysis with recommendations for cost-effective and appropriate methods to implement necessary corrections or additions to the program any deficiencies, as well as a suggested plan for implementation.
