Secure Medical Care is a full-service occupational health care practice that pairs a comprehensive range of services with personalized attention to our clients and their employees. As a physician-owned practice, we set ourselves apart with care that exceeds expectations.

Our practice makes every effort to protect your information from unnecessary disclosure. Below are some of the regular procedures that our practice uses in the regular course of business that are approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and are in compliance with the HIPAA law.

Irene Vangsness is a board-certified Physician Assistant and a 1982 graduate of The George Washington University. She has been a PA for twenty-four years, working primarily in general family medicine, but she also has experience in clinical research and adolescent medicine. Special areas of interest are women's health and child development.

Catherine Phillips, PA-C A native of Texas, Ms. Phillips grew up in the Dallas area and completed her physician assistant studies at Texas Southwestern Medical School. She has over 10 years of experience in emergency medicine and particularly enjoys ambulatory/urgent care.
