V ice President and Data Processing Officer of Chelsea Groton Bank , an independent, full service community bank serving Southeastern Connecticut with 14 locations for over 150 years, Larry Walker has managed IT Systems at the Bank since 1992. He ensures the effectiveness of the Bank’s IT resources which include IT staff, encrypted wide area network, LAN and other hardware/software. Mr. Walker is responsible for the design, configuration and support for all IT systems at the Bank. He manages IT risks and ensures compliance of IT operations.

Doug Gerth is a seasoned sales executive who has more than 17 years of experience in the IT security space. He is responsible for managing the sales team, maintaining current clients, and growing the annual business with SMP’s many service offerings. Prior to joining Security Management Partners in 2010, Mr. Gerth held positions as account manager, account executive, sales manager, and sales director at multiple companies including nCipher (now Thales e-Security), Integralis, Intrusic, and SHI. Mr. Gerth holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
