Full Year Warranty The Security & Self Defense Store offers a limited warranty for a full year on most of our products. Some products have manufacturer's warranties that are much longer. Products with expiration dates, like pepper spray, have a warranty that is governed by the expiration date. Unless otherwise specified on our product details page, The Security & Self Defense Store (Scott Times 5 Inc.) will repair its products with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, in the U.S.A. for 12 months from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.

Since our spy products are easy to deploy and easy to monitor, it is not uncommon to be able to catch an incident on video within a few days of setting up the camera. This has led to a large amount of returns for merchandise that was simply no longer needed. If you have a short-term problem which you would like to take care of once and have no need for our product afterwards, it is highly recommended that you consider a spy camera rental program.
