In 1985 Mr. Urquiza founded Da Vinci Engineering Inc., providing engineering services to the energy industries such as Exxon, Mobil Oil, Atlantic Richfield, Southern California Edison, and to private developments. Later in 2006, Mr. Urquiza founded Secutrac Engineering and merged Da Vinci Engineering Inc., with the newly form company to provide professional engineering services to small and large developers in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial areas.

– We provide land surveying services, both as support for the engineering projects that we undertake as well as a standalone service to our customers.

This discipline of Engineering provides services to private, municipal, and counties consisting in Site Planning, Site Surveying, Development Assessment, and Design for Residential, Commercial and Industrial developments with the objectives of compliance with regulatory requirements, and obtaining permits.
